Consultation Requests and Confidential Information
The website’s consultation-request form is intended for general, nonconfidential information and a preferred time for a phone call. Do not send confidential, privileged, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the form, by email, or through other public website channels. Receipt of information does not prevent Invictus Legal from representing another person or entity in the same or a related matter, subject to applicable professional obligations.
Invictus Legal SMS Program
Program description. After you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in, Invictus Legal may send recurring text messages concerning consultation scheduling, case status, general updates, and document needs. Consent applies only to messages from Invictus Legal for these purposes.
Optional consent. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of requesting a consultation or receiving services, and is not included merely because you submit a contact form. You must separately select the SMS-consent checkbox or use another clearly disclosed opt-in method. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to provide consent for that number.
Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.
How to opt out. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages unless you later opt in again.

Privacy. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
